They have plenty of corn meal inside.
Once the're done,
Coat with corn grits if you'd like.
Bake for 14 minutes at 200°C.
The surface will feel more grainy if you coat them with corn grits.
They will have a smoother texture if you coat them cornmeal.
Use either one you like.
I used cornmeal this time.
Fry the bacon until crispy.
While you are waiting,Cut the lettuce to the same size as the bread,
and wedge cuts the tomato.
Close the sandwich,
Top with the second slice, cut in half, and enjoy♪

Today , I made favorite scones.
These are easy scones that you can make in no time
when ever you feel like heving them.
*whole wheat flour---20g
*butter---50g(cut into lcmdice)
*Kilk(to glaze the scones)---as needed
1. Put the [A].ingredients and the butter in a bowl,
and mix together with your fingers while mashing the butter until
the mixture is sandy.
(Work quickly so that the butter doesn't melt.)
2. add the [B]. ingredients and fold together.
!! Be careful not the knead the dough!!
6. Roll the dcugh 2.5cm thick , and cut it out .
If you don't want to bother with a cutter,
Just cut the dough into pieces with a knife.
Point ; If the cut sides are neat, the scones will rise neatly too.
Bake in a preheated 200°ｃ oven for 1.5 to 20 minutes.
Serve with fillings or toppings of your choice.

*Salt and Pepper---A pinch

When the sauce starts to bubble, turn the heat down
and add the season salt and pepper.
3. Season with salt and pepper, and add a little nutmeg if you have it.

bread in that order,
