everybody~!! this is mari （●＾o＾●）
Today , I made favorite scones.
These are easy scones that you can make in no time
when ever you feel like heving them.
*whole wheat flour---20g
*butter---50g(cut into lcmdice)
*Kilk(to glaze the scones)---as needed
1. Put the [A].ingredients and the butter in a bowl,
and mix together with your fingers while mashing the butter until
the mixture is sandy.
(Work quickly so that the butter doesn't melt.)
2. add the [B]. ingredients and fold together.
!! Be careful not the knead the dough!!
6. Roll the dcugh 2.5cm thick , and cut it out .
If you don't want to bother with a cutter,
Just cut the dough into pieces with a knife.
Point ; If the cut sides are neat, the scones will rise neatly too.
Bake in a preheated 200°ｃ oven for 1.5 to 20 minutes.
Serve with fillings or toppings of your choice.

*Salt and Pepper---A pinch
1. Put the butter in a pan, and when it's melted add flour(sift).
When it's well incorporated, add the milk,
and heat while stirring constantly!
2. As you keep mixing , the sauce will thicken.
When the sauce starts to bubble, turn the heat down
and add the season salt and pepper.
3. Season with salt and pepper, and add a little nutmeg if you have it.
The bechamel sauce is done. ♪
Cut it to half is plain bagels.
Put the bechamel sauce, and ham ,and cheese on the
bread in that order,
Sprinkle parsley and serve!!

Today,I made Rosemary and rock salt bagel♪♪
Today, These made with strong flour~☆
Let rise again for 40 minutes.
Drain onto a baking tray!
(Top with your desired amount of rosemary and rock salt)

I made sweets（*^_^*）！！
Today,I made sweet potato bagel sand!!
*sweet potato 200g
*2 tablespoons sugar
*1 tablespoons light color soy sauce(usukuchi-shoyu)
・Sweet potato---Wash thoroughly and slicce in round about 1.5ｃｍ thick and cut something into 4(four) egual parts.
・Expose it water and skim the scum
・Add sweet potato and water and sugar and say sauce in a pan and put it on the fire
to boil stock until it becomes condensed
・Sprinkle sesame and serve!!
Dress candied yams in cream cheese!!

I make Saute of mushrooms and garlic& potato salad Bagel sand.
Because I like garlic
I put garlic into everything..It's delicious!!
Bagels→lettuce→salt and pepper→mayonnaise→
potatosalad→Saute of mushrooms and garlic
I made clam chowder.
It's about time to break for lunch~

Today ,I make potato salad with lettuce
I introduce simple how to make.
*lettuce----two sheets of lettuce
*hard cooked eggs--one egg
*mayonnaise---75g(add to taste)
*lettuce---Wash the lettuce,Drain lettuce,Cut lettuce into small pieces,
*hard cooked eggs---separate the white and yolk of an egg, thin sliced albumen.
・Place potatoes with skin in a pot filled with water add a lot of salt and boil
when the potatoes are tender,discard the hot water and peel the potatoes.
・Cook onion and carrot in boiled water for a minute or so until fully cooked
Do not overcook.
・All mix--Season with mayonnaise and salt&pepper.
・Sprinkle yellow and serve!!

Today,An experiment on only bred Flour & bread Flour with cake Flour
Bread Flour and bread flour with cake flour
Cut the dough in to 3 even pieces
cutting,rather than tearing,the dough helps preserve the gluten.

undone when you boil them!!
Meanwhile,preheat your oven to 220C or 425F,
One at a time for 1minutes each,
Bake for 14~16 minutes,
