Today , I made Avocado&Tomato Cheese Bagels
First cat it in half vertically.
Slice the Avocado!
Sprinkle over some lemon juice and Salt and pepper.
Slice the bagels.
Put on top of the cheese, and toast 1~2 minuts.
( until the cheese has melted..)
Top with Avocado.
Top with tomato.
It's ready to eat-----

Today , I made Pretzel style bagels♪
Do you like Pretzel??
I like it very much~
This is the standard German pretzel called "Brezels"
Laugenbrēzels (German pretzels) are made with caustic soda,
but this recipe uses water with baking soda,
since it's a more common household ingredient.
Shape the dough as seen in the photo.
Using your palm, roll out the dough into a thin line about
40~50ｃｍ long , Twist it to make pretzel shapes.
Place the dough onto parchment paper, Let it sit for about 15 minutes.
Meanwhile , preheat the oven to 230℃ and bring water to a boil in a large sauce pan.
Add baking soda into the boiling water
gently insert the dough into it.
Boil the dough about 30 seconds on each side.
Bake them until golden brown , and you're done!!
Crispy on the outside and chewy in the inside ,
the texture of these pretzels

I made Sausage Bagels
Flatten out the dough with a rolling pin.
To about 15~20ｃｍ wide,
adjust depending on the size of the sausage used.
and pince the ends tightly.
Roll the dough gently to secure the shape.
If the dough is difficult to handle.
Wet the tips of the blades of the kitchen scissors,
and make cuts diagonlly into the dough.
While laying the scissors flot
Shift and fan out each section.
Place the dough onto parchment paper.
Let it sit for about 15 minutes.
Leave the dough to rise again.
Reduce the oven temperature to 220℃, bake for 10 minutes.
Reduce the oven temperature to 210℃ and bake for anothe 3~4 minutes.
The rolls are done.
Cool on a rack.
turn the pan around midway.
Adjust the baking time to your preference.

June is a rainy season here.
Well , Today,I make cinnamon raisin bagels into apple cinnamon bagels.
Add sugar and squeeze of lemon, and mix with a wooden spatula.
When the moisture has evaporated and the apple has become translucent.
Add cinnamon powder.
Slice the bagels and put on cream cheese.
And Apple filling.
Cinnamon make it really delicious~♪

Today , the sky stayed cloudy all day .
I made Tuna sarad bagels
*carrot , onion , celery , parsley , Canned tuna
Be sure to drain the Tuna really well.
This one ...
~Tuna salad & chedder cheese bagels~
Put on top of the chedder cheese, and toast 1~2 minutes.
(Until the onions are caramelized.)

Today, I made Fried Oyster Bagels with Onion Bagels!!
Fluffy and Chewy Bagels♪
transfer immediately into the oven, and it's done after baking for
about 20minutes at 220°.
The Fried Onion is burned black!!!
Cool , and cut in half.
Spread them with Mayonnaise sauce.
Mayonnaise+chili powder+paprik (powder)+Onion.
Top with Fried Oyster on the bread.
Cut and serve
Please dry any vegetables well beforehnd.
Once you fill the buns, eat them the same day.☆☆

Today, I made Bagels Pizza ~~♪
Let' do it~!!
Put all the ingredients for the Bagel dough into a bowl and knead with your right hand.
When the dough starts to come together and no longer sticks to the bowl,
take it out onto a floured work surface, and knead for about 10 minutes with both hands.
When it's ready, the dough should look shiny and smoth; when you pinch it , it should be
about as soft as your earlobe.
Dust a dry cutting board with a small amount of flour.
Place the dough on the cutting board and cut it in half with a pastry scraper.
Dust with flour and stretch out the dough to a diameter of about 15ｃｍ.
Add the sugar.
Boil each side of the bagels for 30seconds.
Drain onto a baking tray.
Arrange the Salami on the bread, top with Tomato and Pimento.
Lower the temperature to 220°C and bake for 20minutes.
The crust is crispy~~

They have plenty of corn meal inside.
Once the're done,
Coat with corn grits if you'd like.
Bake for 14 minutes at 200°C.
The surface will feel more grainy if you coat them with corn grits.
They will have a smoother texture if you coat them cornmeal.
Use either one you like.
I used cornmeal this time.
Fry the bacon until crispy.
While you are waiting,Cut the lettuce to the same size as the bread,
and wedge cuts the tomato.
Close the sandwich,
Top with the second slice, cut in half, and enjoy♪

I made ! Easy creamy Croque Monsieur style Bages♪
*Salt and Pepper---A pinch
1. Put the butter in a pan, and when it's melted add flour(sift).
When it's well incorporated, add the milk,
and heat while stirring constantly!
2. As you keep mixing , the sauce will thicken.
When the sauce starts to bubble, turn the heat down
and add the season salt and pepper.
3. Season with salt and pepper, and add a little nutmeg if you have it.
The bechamel sauce is done. ♪
Cut it to half is plain bagels.
Put the bechamel sauce, and ham ,and cheese on the
bread in that order,
Sprinkle parsley and serve!!
